Our free-range rotisserie chickens are a slow grown breed, bred in open air and supplied by Aubrey Allen. They're then brined for 24 hours and rubbed in a special blend of herbs and spices before being cooked on our custom clay oven over charcoal. This is all served alongside a range of seasonal, ever-changing sides, salads and house made sauces.
