The Grill
Our free-range chickens are supplied by award winning butcher Aubrey Allen and are brined overnight and then rubbed in a special blend of herbs and spices before being cooked on a rotisserie over charcoal We also cook aubergine and hallumi on a separate grill for our veggie + vegan friends - with equal love and care.
